The PMP certificate is one of the most valued certifications in project management. If you are preparing for the PMP exam, you must be wondering what the certificate looks like.
The PMP certificate is printed on hardened paper and has a professional design.
You will receive your PMP certificate by standard mail within four to eight weeks of successfully passing the PMP exam, depending on where you live and how long your mail service provider takes.
You will see the following information printed on your PMP certificate:
- Your name
- Your PMP number
- PMP grant date
- PMP expiry date
- The signatures of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- The signature of the CEO & the president of the PMI

The PMP certificate is a very precious document; keep it in a safe place where you will not lose it. This certificate shows the expiry date and that you are a PMP. You will have to pay the PMI 50 USD to reissue a new certificate if you lose it. It will take four to eight weeks to arrive.
