PMI divides PDUs into two categories:
1. Education PDUs

Reporting PDUs is easy.

- Login to your PMI account.
- Click on Certification and then Report PDUs.

- Now, fill in all the fields as shown below and submit.
After submitting the PDUs, you will receive an email confirming your submission. You will receive a second email when your PDUs are approved.

You need 35 contact hours to apply for the PMP exam. However, you will need 60 PDUs to renew your PMP credential after passing the PMP exam.
