Groove.cm is the newest sales funnel, marketing automation, and CRM platform, focusing on providing affordable all-in-one software that allows people to run the entire business.
Groove.cm claims to replace several services that businesses use separately. It claims to help people save thousands of dollars every month.
Groove.cm Review
In my Groove.cm review, I will cover everything Groove.cm does. However, my focus will be on its customer relationship management and support, as they are the backbone of an online business.
What is Groove.cm?
Groove.cm is an all-in-one sales funnel software with features that help businesses increase their marketing and CRM operations. It provides functionalities like option forms, landing page designs, page templates, a ticketing system, and more.
This helps businesses increase sales, engage visitors, collect leads, and provide after-sales servicing. Furthermore, it claims to be one of the fastest-growing platforms in the market currently.
However, before we discuss its feature, let me share my experience with GrooveFunnels.
Let’s first talk about Groove.cm support.
Groove.cm Support
I believe that GrooveFunnels support has disappeared.
For a few Groove users and me, GrooveFunnels support is inactive.
GrooveFunnels claims to be the best funnel platform and offers several support options.
They promise to offer the best customer service for small business owners, but from my experience, GrooveFunnels support is the worst – well, at the moment.
Groove.cm support could be better, and several Groove.cm users have made reports regarding ignored support tickets.
Groove.cm promises several support options on its website. These include email, Facebook (and the Groove.cm Facebook group), and live chat.
But how effective is this support?
Currently, the Groove.cm support is poor, and I have facts to support it.
I have been a Groove.cm lifetime platinum member and an affiliate for some time now, but here is why I think Groove.cm support is unprofessional.
Why Groove.cm Support is Poor!
Let’s look at the Groove.cm email support.
You can use two email addresses to reach Groove.cm support. One is for general support, and the other is for affiliates. These two emails are [email protected] and [email protected].
I tried reaching out many times but have yet to receive a reply in months.
Groove.cm Email Support – No Replies in Weeks!
As a digital platform, email support should be 24/7. In addition, 90% of Americans consider email support to decide whether to continue business with a brand.
Thus, support for a brand like Groove.cm should be top-notch.
Here is my experience with Groove.cm email support as a Lifetime Platinum Member.
To begin with, I tried reaching out through their support email.
I have several sales as a Groove.cm affiliate and have been waiting for payment for several months. When I asked for payment, they paid 160 USD as a prize and said I would receive my commission soon. Below is their most recent response to me.
And after the above emails, they ([email protected], and [email protected]) stopped responding to me entirely :(
I sent this email on the 19th of September.
After waiting for four days for a response from Groove.cm support, I reached out again on the 23rd of September.
After five working days, with no response from the affiliate or general Groove.cm support, I sent a few more follow-up queries. Here:

That is more than a week without a reply from their affiliate support and general support emails.
Since I received no responses to my query emails, I reached out via Groove.cm Facebook Group.
How did the Groove.cm Facebook support go?
Let’s look at the Groove.cm Facebook Support and the Facebook Group Community.
Groove.cm Facebook & Facebook Groups
The Groove.cm Facebook Group does not allow users to post. Instead, they moderate each post in the Facebook group.
That may be a turn-off for most Groove.cm users. A Facebook group ought to be a community where Groove.cm users can interact, share experiences, wins, and challenges, and get support from other users.
I tried posting messages about my support ticket and emails in the Facebook group, but moderators blocked my message and did not allow it to be posted.
In the past, I have seen some posts where users were frustrated with Groove support and mentioned that they were not responding to their support requests and were lost. However, I did not find such posts when I searched for them later. I believe the moderators deleted those messages later.
I then took a step to contact some of the employees privately (DMs). I sent Facebook private messages to:
- The Facebook Group Moderator
- The CEO of Groove (Mike Filsaime)
- Other relevant employees

I then tried reaching out to David Lemon from Groove.cm.
If you are a Groove.cm user, you know David is in charge of training and conducts most Groove.cm webinars.
No response!
Since I did not receive any message(s) back, so I decided to send a private message to Groove CEO Mike Filsaime:
And guess what?
I am still waiting to receive a single reply to these complaints.
For a Lifetime Platinum Member of Groove.cm, this support is poor, and I rate it 0/5 stars.
Based on my experience with Groove.cm, I would not recommend anyone join this platform.
So what are the Groove.cm alternatives?

At present, we have four alternatives to Groove.cm:

Systeme.io is a feature-rich, relatively new, and modern sales funnel platform.
In addition, its paid plans are affordable and offer a free plan.

Simvoly is an affordable and stable sales funnel builder and CRM tool for small and medium businesses. You can use it instead of Groove.cm.
Furthermore, if you compare Simvoly with Groove.cm, Simvoly is easy to use.
Currently, they have over 20,000 users worldwide.
#3. Kartra
This is a modern platform with solid support and great features. I have used Kartra and can vouch for it.
It is an easy-to-use platform, and support is great. I do not remember seeing complaints from any users regarding Kartra’s support.
So, if you are looking for a sales funnel platform, I recommend trying Kartra.
Now, let’s come back to the Groove.cm feature review.
#4. ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels is the oldest sales funnel platform and provides several decent features. It is a robust platform.
I have used two sales funnel platforms, Groove.cm and Kartra, and have seen comments from many users who migrated from ClickFunnels.
This platform has some support issues, but not as bad as Groove.cm.
They respond to users’ queries, but if the problem is complex, they have trouble solving it.
In such cases, I would not recommend you join this platform.

I have used GroovePages and found it buggy. Even after a few years, it has yet to be stable.

I have created a test site with GroovePages to test the speed. I used all default settings.
Here are the results.
On mobile, I got 63 out of 100. I have used the same test with Generate Press and Cadence themes on Bluehost and HostGator shared hosting and got above 95.
So, the pages built with GroovePages are not fast on mobile.
Now, let’s look at the performance on the desktop.
On the desktop, the score is 87.
Note that I got 100 for Generate press and cadence theme on shared hosting.
So, I would say, Groove.cm premium hosting is poor than the shared hosting of BlueHost and HostGator.

Groove’s knowledge base has a limited number of articles and video tutorials, and most of these are outdated.
Most tutorials are conversational webinars conducted by David Lemon. You will need to watch an hour-long webinar to get a little information.
I hope GrooveFunnels notices this section and provides short and to-the-point videos.
I have seen tutorials from ClickFunnels and Kartra; they are marvelous and fill you with in-depth marketing skills.

Groove.cm Pricing Plan
Groove.cm is changing pricing often. Initially, they had a lifetime offer; then, they shifted to a monthly plan. Now, they again shifted to a lifetime plan. After reading this review, I do not know what pricing plan you will see.
Groove.cm has various pricing plans that need an explanation, so let me help you here.

- Premium+ Plan: USD 299 per month. It removes store fees and lifts limits, offering unlimited contacts, email sends, domains, webinars and higher affiliate commissions.
Groove.cm also sells a Premium+ Lifetime Plan for a one-time USD 2,497 fee and a Start-up Plan (30-day trial). The Free Lite Plan provides limited features, including 500 contacts, one custom domain and one website with high store fees.
Conclusion
Groove.cm is a feature-rich online software option for marketing and CRM-related purposes for any business. It has several products that help you reach out to your customers, generate more sales and revenue, and resolve any issues your customers may have after sales.
It also helps you build your website from scratch through its numerous templates and other features like countdown timers and elements that make it look more attractive in front of potential customers.
However, offering features is good, but the platform is useless without support. Your business will depend on it, and they will not respond to your message when you need support. This will affect your business, and your customers will be unhappy.
In such cases, I would not recommend you join this platform; instead, you can join Kartra or systeme.io, which are established and have a good support system.

My experience with Groove.cm has been very disappointing. One of the things I wanted to do is have a team ( me, my wife, my daughter) where we could each create our own sites, memberships and the like. Which was the first problem of No sub-accounts or other team members that I, as the admin, could place limits on what could be seen or used by the team members. Because of this limitation, any websites, stores or anything I create for my customer would be under MY account. So, this can not be used as a SAAS (although the sales blurb says it is an alternative to GoHighLevel, Click Funnels etc).
Second, the sales burb states that Groove will replace things like Mail Chimp among other email marketing platforms, which brings me to problem two. The SMPT to send email is not operational so you must have Send Mail or other 3rd party email to make the GrooveMail to work.

I have the same problem. I bought their lifetime membership in 2019 I think it was or 2018 and they have done nothing but promise a whole lot of stuff that is not happening.
Is there a way to sue them? I live in Norway so I don’t know how to go about that.
Back in 2022 I was on a live Q&A with DAvid Lemon, I really like his vids and advice. But I was insisting and persistent in my desire to have gamification incorporated in the system. I annoyed him. Then I thought, hm I hope it doesn’t make him feel like leaving. I feel like he’s disappeared and maybe they were relying him for all the main tech stuff???? I felt before like they are bumbling along but have high aspirations and eventually will get there. This review has me concerned.
When I did try to get support they would go in and fix my issue directly so I didn’t really learn from it, and assumed there was a bug and they made a work-around. It happened twice, the second time my site ended up bit messed up cos a big space intruded at the top fold. I still haven’t dealt to it.
It had started to get bit ever so slightly displeased tone of the support. And it’s a long long time between each of my efforts. I’m gearing up to try and get my stuff done. Hope it works. I plan to use some help from Upwork if I need to.
I did try on Facebook group. Usually they will say don’t post this, it’s for support. I posted a couple minor things recently, forget what it was so can’t have been terribly important. I do struggle with tech so… I read some of the info on the other systems but not impressed either. I don’t want to have to compromise to a system that has ton of limits that you don’t know wth is what. And you can’t dream when you have ton of measly limits. Why I have had hopes for my Groove platform. (I have the lifetime plan.)
I signed up for the lifetime membership because I was using Groovepages on another Program which was also using Groovepay. I was excited when Groovedesigner Pro was promoted as Well.
Then Groovedesigner Pro changed and it looked like Mo Latif either bought it or had problems with GrooveCm.
Name changed to Clickdesigns with it’s own purchase price and when I complained, I was told it was because they had their own Designers.
Same thing with GrooveAI, Based out of China with their own Designers and Purchase price.
Sounds like they did not spend enough time getting the program rock solid before launching and have been either running out of money or just gave up on fixing the problems. Too Bad, I think it is salvageable but needs better management.

Groove Desk has not even launched yet. You can reach support instantly using live chat. During standard business operating hours a live agent connects to the chat session in just a few minutes. Kartra is Mike’s previous company. Simvoly? Systeme.io is no comparison – layout of your page is select one column, two columns.
You mean, they have launched the platform, selling the services, and claiming to provide top-notch support, but they don’t have a support system?
Yes, I tried contacting them through chat several times. Once they responded and said they were paying affiliates in a chronological sequence, my turn would come.
This was in October 2022, and now it is April 2023. I am still waiting.
They are just rubbish, and worst; they also don’t pay appropriately to the affiliates.
Wow! This was the most helpful and insightful review of Groove.cm I was able to find. You saved me a lot of wasted time and frustration. I had asked several pre-sale questions, one of which was acknowledged but was never answered. I would very much appreciate your advice, as I only have a limited time to cancel. As $3000.00 is a large investment for me, I would be devastated if Groove.cm was a bad investment for me.

Ask for a refund as quickly as possible. There are dozens of other established products you can promote as an affiliate and earn money.
Forget about the affiliate commission payment; I think they even don’t capture the sales.

Thank you for posting as I haven’t had to reach out to support just yet so it’s good to know what I will be facing. Something to note, you mentioned Kartra and that they have good support. It’s not as widely known but Kartra and Groove, behind the veil have the same people behind it.
Mike Filsaime had part in creating both. Kartra was kind of like a version 1.0 and Groove was supposed to be like a version 2.0. This may be a weird workaround, but is it possible for us Groove customers to get support through Kartra’s contacts or have them offer suggestions?

Mike was involved with Kartra but he owns Groove.cm
Kartra is an established platform and support is responsive but Groove.cm does not acknowledge the support requests.
You cannot use Kartra’s help for Groove as both products are different.

I’m sick and tired of writing emails (as long as yours) and chatting without solutions, they owe me a commission since February; I also have technical issues that are unresolved that have caused a huge delay in my business.
I haven’t written to the same people you did but chatted with Jhon Garcia, the chief of customer support who apologized and promised me that he personally would take care, that was more than a month ago.
I have Convertri so I’m gonna use it, and perhaps Shopify for my stores, regarding Groove I’m thinking of filing a claim in the Better Business Bureau to start with.

Many users are facing the same issues and no one is raising the issue. All affiliates are blindly supporting the platform with no real experience with the system and the groove support.
